Live in the neighborhood and this is our go-to for takeout. The food is consistently delicious. And they have the best dinner combos that are such a deal! The workers are friendly. Definitely one of Diamond Bar's hidden gems.

Came here for the Club Pilates Member Appreciation night! The food was great, people were wonderful to chat with. The location was very clean and organized efficiently. There was some visible stress at the end of the evening from the crowd of us on a Tuesday evening, but the food did not show it one bit. Can't wait to make this a favorite takeout place after classes in the future!!

If you love HK style food, this is the place. So delicious. Full of flavor. They use fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. I am coming back for more. They also serve dim sum during the day, but we went during dinner time.

We were visiting near the Southern California city of DiamondBar and tried a local favorite-Tasty Box HK Bistro restaurant. Our server was very helpful and helped with suggestions. We tried a few dishes from their Dim Sum menu including delicious Spareribs with black bean sauce for $5.25 Pork and Shrimp siu Mai 4 pieces for $5.25 Sesame balls with meat stuffing 3 pieces for $4.99 For our main dishes we chose their crispy garlic pork knuckle for $17.99 French style filet mignon cubes for $19.99 braised tofu for $13.99 and Singapore style vermicelli for $14.25 For drinks we tried their HK milk tea for $3.50 served hot or cold ( we chose cold) and was traditional and tasty! They also feature family style combos for better values! I get so confused between this Tasty Box Bistro and the other Tasty Box located in the same plaza, just cross from each other! We frequently visit this location for Mapo Tofu ($13.25) and order over the phone to avoid the 15-25 minute wait. Good portion of mapo tofu with ground pork. The tofu comes in good size chunks which I appreciate instead of little small cubes that break fairly easy. Small eatery with only 5-8 tables indoors and a few outdoor tables. Dimsum seems to be a popular here as I've seen many people dine here for it but haven't had a chance to try it out. Located in the same plaza as H-Mart, right by the Starbucks.

the convenience of this place, the nostalgia, and just its existence makes me happy that its local. the service is prompt and they serve everything i need in a hk cafe/dim sum place. the only small complaint was that i ordered eggplant under the vegetarian dishes but it comes with pork strips. make sure to let them know to take that out if you intend it to be a vegetarian dish!

We accidentally went to the original Tasty Box and was informed that we were looking for It's sister location in the same plaza next to Starbucks. The staff were super friendly and moved tables for us. She was so nice and brought filtered water for my kids. There are roughly 8 small tables in the tightly packed restaurant. They menu is pretty big and was super excited that they had pan fried sticky rice which is my daughter's favorite. They also had another hard to find item near us, crispy noodles with gravy. There are very few places near us that do this well. We were super happy with everything we got. Highly recommend the pork chops with honey garlic sauce, braised green beans, and eggplant with pork.

Plenty of parking, located inside a plaza. If ordering to go, best to order over the phone. Got the dim sum stuff. Pork and shrimp Siu Mai, shrimping dumplings, lotus rice wrap, and beef stew over rice. Food was very flavorful and good.

I like the new and improved Tasty Box. This location when it first opened served only dim sum. Since then they have transformed their menu and added stir fry dishes, rice and noodle dishes, and a bunch of special new dishes. They even have an special breakfast combo menu to compete with the other Hong Kong cafes in the Rowland Heights area. This location is open for dine in. There might be around 8 tables inside, and a few tables outside. I normally order take out. Service is good every time I've showed up. Tommy and his crew do a good job. The waitress recognizes me both on the phone and in person. Some of the standout dishes that I keep on ordering are the pork ball congee, siu mai, shrimp and chive dumplings, rice noodle rolls, seafood chowmein and their pork chop with eggplant. They have lots more on their menu that I still need to try. It's a good place. I like that their menu has evolved to what it is today.
